Our Rescue Journey
Misfit Mutt Dog Rescue started in Memphis during the 2020 crisis and became a trusted bridge between overcrowded southern shelters and waiting families in the Northeast. Guided by 30+ years in animal welfare, we focus on last-chance dogs and cats, using foster homes, transport, and boarding to turn risk into rescue.
